It is time to introduce to you another awesome pug from around the social media scene. In this new Social Pug Profile you will get to meet the pug who has a unique colouring, is amazing in front of the camera and is totally human… Meet Stinkle, Human Stinkle.
Age: almost 3 years old
Birth date or Gotcha Date: November 19, 2012
Where do you live? Rutherford, NJ
What is your favourite time of the day?
5pm when momma and poppa come home.
What is your favourite food?
Do you have a toy that you can’t live without?
I have a weird alligator toy I got when I was a pup and it is ugly and broken, but for whatever reason I can’t stop playing with it.
What do you hate the most?
Getting my nails cut…grrrrrr
What do you love the most?
When I hear the word TREATS!
Do you have any bad habits?
Sometimes I like to go up to trees and pretend to pee. I do it to every tree I walk past and never actually pee. It’s kinda weird I do that I know.
What do you think is your best quality?
Probably my brindle colored coat, it’s rare for pugs!
What does a typical day look like for you?
Well I start waking up when momma goes to work at 6:30am, she kisses me goodbye and I lay on poppa’s head till he wakes up. Then he takes me to Shaggy Chiq doggy daycare so I don’t have to be alone all day when they are both at work. I chase friends like Thunder around all day till I pass out. Poppa picks me up around 5:30pm, I pretend to pee on every tree as we walk home, get home for some sweet potato treats and wait by the door till momma comes home around 6pm. Then we watch tv, I tell them about my day…they tell me about theirs. Just us normal humans doing what we do.
You have such a unique name. I bet there is an awesome story to it. How did your parents come up with your name?
Well, the first time my parents met me, I was with my litter and still very young. So they picked me up, held me, knew I was the one and wanted to take me home right then and there…but needed a few more days to prepare my new home for me. When they left me, “apparently” I smelled so bad, maybe from all my brothers and sisters peeing on me, that they couldn’t get my smell off them. They said it was so bad my smell that they stopped at rite aid to buy something called Febreeze to spray themselves with. Right then and there, they knew my name would be Stinkle.
You seem very comfortable in front of the camera. What tips would you give to other pugs to become comfortable in front of the camera? Well it helps that poppa is a photographer and knows how to direct humans, telling us what to do and how to pose. He makes these really cool high pitched noises and says a bunch of words that don’t make sense but it makes my head turn a lot. He also holds treats in his hands so when I look into his lens with my cute big massive eyes long enough for him to get pics, I get them treats. I would suggest for any aspiring pug models out there, just give the camera what it wants. It wants cute, it wants happy, it wants playful, it wants sleepy. I usually get all these emotions by tilting my head the whole time till I’m about to pass out and fall asleep. OH and when you wear a costume, make sure you completely embody the character you are playing. Like my new unicorn outfit you’ll all see soon…mentally I’m running on the rainbow snorting with my tongue out while sparkles fly out of my butt.
