What is your favourite time of the day? Evening, then my people are usually watching TV and I have them only for me.

What is your favourite food? I almoast eat everything but when I smell cheese, I go crazy!

Do you have a toy that you can’t live without? I have a ton of toys but not a favourite one. But I like them when they squeak, the louder the better 😉

What do you hate the most? I don’t like when strangers want to touch my head or paws.

What do you love the most? Sleep, eat, being together with my family.

Do you have any bad habits? Oh yes I do!

•I bark excessively at big dogs.

•When I see other dogs on our walk I’m so excited to say hello but most of the time, people and their dogs interpret my behavior that it looks like I’m going to attack them and then they change to the other side of the street ;-(

•I can’t walk normal when I’m on the leash, I pull like a crazy one.

•I jump up on everybody.

What do you think is your best quality? Making other people happy.

•9.30 am – sleeping, while daddy works (luckily from home)

•12 pm – treats, while dad is having some lunch

•12.30 pm – sleeping

What has inspired you to share your daily adventures on Instagram? My dad has his own instagram profile @bratrom and he realized that he annoyed people and friends with all the pictures of me. Therefore he made my own @itslolathepug account to share the images with the great pug, dog, animal community.

Your dad takes such amazing photos of you. How does he get you to keep so still to get these photos? He doesn’t 😉 I don’t sit still, I move and I never do what I’ve been told to do 😉 our shootings are always very short, only 2-5 minutes. His trick is to use the burst mode and usually one of twenty is usable and sometimes there are images which just happened and aren’t planned and these are most of the time the best pictures 😉

When we started doing pictures of me, dad always gave me a treat after the shooting. but I’m so clever, now when I see dad picking up the camera, this means treats for me and I don’t even wait or sit still! It freaks him out!

Do you have any tips for other pugs who want to become InstaFamous?

It’s hard to say, it needs a lot of luck I guess. These are my tips:

•Be patient!

•Make it for fun, not for gaining tons of followers.

•Use all 30 hashtags (Instagram doesn’t allow more) change them from time to time.

•Don’t post the same looking images after each other.

•Be funny, be creative, be different, be surprising.

•Engage with your followers, read the comments and answer them!

•Use other social media to refer them to Instagram.
